2017 Co-Motion Primera Ultra Co-Pilot

In keeping with our plan to work with Co-Motion in 2017, bringing you tandems that are not only best in class, but also stunning works of art, here is our next, and possibly best, entry, a 2017 Co-Motion Primera Ultra Co-Pilot. This bike is based on the very practical and sturdy Primera, with a number of well thought out upgrades to bring you performance and ride feel close to that of a top end bike, at a mid level price. The bike is a Primera in which the timing chain has been replaced by a Gates timing belt, the wheels have been replaced with Rolf Prima tandem wheels, the fork has been replaced with a Co-Motion carbon fork (painted to match the frame), and the handle bars have been replaced with Canta Ergo carbon bars. It is coupled and has braze ons for racks, fenders, and 4 bottles. The result is a light weight, practical, durable travel companion that delivers an ultra smooth ride you normally achieve only with much more expensive bikes. And the Light Blue Metallic to Black Metallic Fade paint lets your tandeming companions know just how much you have an eye for beauty!
